I ordered this bag from them over three and a half weeks ago and they still haven't shipped my order! Where their website says it will be shipped in 2-4 working days, they had done absolutely nothing with my order until I followed up after 15 working days later!!! Apparently they had only just order the materials then!
Then after assuring me it would be shipped three more days later, they have completely disappeared and stopped responding to me! So unprofessional and awful service. I regret wasting my time. I ordered so early so that it would get to my parcel for overseas and their lies have meant that I cannot get an alternative now.
Don't ever buy from this brand if you don't want to waste your money!
